I have used Jolly Bouncers in the past - but never again; they promised to deliver the night before the party; I had four little boys who waited and waited and waited - I called about 4 times and all I got was a voice mail - finally at 8pm a man called and told me that their truck had no battery - and could not deliver; he said 'its not my fault' I said it IS your fault- it is your responsibility to keep your trucks in good repair so you can fulfill your commitments - he answered ' the contract says delivery between 8-10 tomorrow" and then hung up on me. Avoid this company at all costs. We rented a wet slide on August 10th for celebrating my grandson's entering kindergarten. We had a number of his friends attend as well. Soon after the wet slide was set up we realized the pool area was not inflating correctly. The setup crew left before the wet slide was fully operational. As a result, two young children "flew out" of the pool onto the concrete. This caused a serious safety issue. We had to have two adults sit on the sides of the pool to help from having other children fall out. We immediately called the company as they require

I'm giving 2 stars because they delivered everything we rented 2 days before the day we needed it and planned to pick up 2 days after (dropped of on Thursday - pick up on Monday) and originally we thought that was great because it was no extra charge. After several texts and calls, someone finally picked up everything we rented 5 additional days after the scheduled pickup date.
So basically to save money, instead of dropping off and picking on the day of like most rental companies, they use your property as storage until those items are needed for the next party, saving costs on multiple

The lady who answers the phone is super rude. Our jumper was delivered 3 hours late after all the kids attending the party had already arrived, they started to ignore our phone calls when we tried calling and asking how much longer it was going to be then someone text us saying they can't talk because they have Covid. The next morning when they were supposed to pick it up told us their driver isn't in yet and they're not coming till the end of the day. Horrible customer service and very disappointing no apology or anything for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional and unorganized

I wish I could give zero stars. This was my first experience with this company and my last. The owner was rude and unprofessional on two separate phone calls. When I finally spoke to someone in the office, they had my order completely wrong and the person argued with me about my order. When my tables and chairs were finally delivered, not within the time promised either, they were dirty. Never using them again.

The amount of professionalism that this small business owner has is laughable. I have rented water slides from this company 4 years in a row, and also referred others to them but this year has tipped me over the edge. Every year there's been slight issues here and there but this year it's been nothing but trouble from the start. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had our party scheduled for June 4, our jumper was supposed to be delivered between 8-11, our party was scheduled for 11 as stated in our written contract. The delivery truck broke down, but was in LA and I got a phone call at 10:45, 15 minutes before my party starts. Mind you, the party location is over an hour and a half away from LA. Contract said they would arrive between 8-12...showed up at 240pm... driver told me his car broke down and he got a speeding ticket neither of which are my fault yet they still charged me $260 - only gave me a $30 discount. Woman on phone was extremely rude and arguing with me . Wouldn't recommend unless they can fix their customer service and do the right thing. We ordered a Jolly Jumper for a delivery agreement for Saturday at 1000. It's already 1150 and still no sign of this ever eluding Jolly Jumper. I called the company and requested some credit since they are already late and I am not sure what time the jumper will be delivered. A representative from the company informed me that they cannot do that and our time will be extended anyway. This rationale probably works for someone who did not make plans after the party. Sad to give negative reviews but maybe someone can be spared the experience I had. Booked two bouncers far in advance. I called and confirmed (twice) that we were all set for my party. The day before, they asked to drop the bouncers off early and we said no problem. We then missed a family dinner with out of town guests waiting around for them to show up. No show, no call. We finally got a hold of someone and they said delivery would be for the next day now between 8am-11am. Party starts at noon so I confirm they will be there. Yep. We wait all morning and the other vendors and caterer start showing

We recently ordered a slide for my daughters bday and we were given a 4 hour window for delivery they showed up almost a hour late. This was the only entertainment for the party so of course I was infuriated because my guests were just sitting around waiting. The delivery guy showed up to set up and he was extremely nice ( the only good thing about this company) once set up the party had been going on for almost 2 hours!! I was so annoyed I had my husband call the owner and all he could say was that we said it started at 12!! Uhhh no contract states 10:30.. he was so rude and offered only 10% off

This was our first time renting from Jolly Bouncers, and will definitely our last. We rented a bounce house for our sons 5th birthday, and the bouncer that was sent to us was garbage. The bouncer was leaking air from most of the seems. When the bounce house was set-up it was only hooked up with one blower. The one blower wasn't keeping it fully inflated, so they had to return and hook-up a second blower, which barely corrected the problem, than I noticed that the hose to the waterslide was split. I was told by the delivery guys that they were going to put in an order to have the bounce house

I scheduled my water slide 1 month in advance. Day of party I was given a 4 hour window for delivery. Delivery was 5 hours late outside of that window. I asked for a refund and the manager told me to give him a brake. I was told I could keep the slide for an extra day and I was pleased with this. I called after 3 days and it was not picked up. They said they would come get it right away. I decided to wait and see how long it would take for them to pick it up. I'm 2 months in and nothing. All of my grass is dead. I'm sure this is not normal for this company but wanted to share my experience

Rented some tables and chairs from Mark and when they delivered them they told my PREGNANT client that she had to set them up herself or give them an additional $150 on top of the $220 that she was being charged for the tables and chairs.
NEVER EVER using them again, never in all my years of event planning have a run into a vendor who rents chairs and will not set them up.

This is the worst business that I've ever dealt with. I ordered a bounce house for our Halloween party on the 26th. The guy who set it up was nice, but once he left and my kids went inside the bouncer to jump, we saw trash all over. Juice boxes, cupcake wrappers, lollipop sticks. It was disgusting.
We were told that the bounce house would be picked up the next day (Sunday) between 12 and 6. No one showed up or answered the phone at the business. I called them on the third day (Monday) and was told that the bounce house would be picked up by 1. Again, no one picked it up.

I called to see if they could deliver an avengers jump the day before and they delivered. Even the day before the end game movie. I spoke to amber when I called and she was very professional, very friendly and so helpful!
The two guys that delivered the jump were very professional (they kept calling me mam) they were very careful of my flowers and set it up in no time.
When they came to pick it up it was quick and easy.
