Camp Pasquaney is a summer camp for boys ages 12 - 16 on Newfound Lake in Hebron, New Hampshire. Come celebrate Pasquaney's 125th anniversary (two years late!) by partaking in your favorite camp activity and visiting with the new director, Michael Hanrahan. Pasquaney has given many of us a priceless opportunity to develop friendships and to learn those personal qualities that foster them. Here we learned to live better with others - to have tolerance and respect, to accept others's strengths and weaknesses, to appreciate their unique qualities. We have worked both individually and as a community to develop the truth and honesty that is the very bedrock on which any friendship must rest.
Thank you for your interest in Pasquaney. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions not answered on the website. One of our past parents, an alumnus, told his sons that a summer at Pasquaney was the greatest gift he could give them because of what it would mean for their growth and education.
Since 1895, Pasquaney has pursued the goal set by its founder, Edward Simpson Wilson: To provide a healthful and natural life in the woods, a life which will make boys strong, confident, .
Pasquaney encourages boys to appreciate the beauty of New Hampshire's lakes and White Mountains; to understand the forbearance and self-control necessary in the give-and-take of group living; to grasp the chance, at all levels of competence, to be a participant rather than a spectator; and to learn the satisfaction of contributing to a community. In the words of a recent counsellor, Pasquaney takes boys seriously.

The single, seven-week season is essential for fostering character growth, confidence, a sense of each boy's value to a community, and lifelong friendships. Significant achievements such as learning to sail or producing a three-act play cannot be completed in a shorter time. As they progress toward these goals, boys learn the traits that such achievement requires.
Mike began his Pasquaney career in 2000, and in 2005 he became Assistant Director, a full-time, year-round position he held for 9 years. As a counsellor, he was active in the shop, directed several plays, added to Camp's music scene with his prowess on the guitar, and was elected by the Council to be its representative to the Board of Trustees.

Our son went there for four years in the 1990's. He was also a legacy on my wife's side of the family. To say Camp Pasquaney is life changing is not giving full credit to the Camp. The level of confidence, further display of "fair play" and just learning to get along with young boys of all socio-economic backgrounds is just one of many things our son learned. The camp continually reinforces honesty and acting as a gentlemen in a world that seems to reward less than honest individuals who are anything but gentlemen. I only wish I knew about Camp Pasquaney when I was a young boy. Bill Price, father
