I had a fantastic experience working with PRQ Exteriors. Don made getting my roof repaired so easy. He and his crew were professional, punctual and excellent with communication about the process. They made interfacing with my insurance company much easier and even explained more about the claim process than my insurance company did. I would highly recommend PRQ Exteriors.

We had a really nice experience with Ryon and the crews from PRQ exteriors. Ryon was able to work with our insurance and get not only the roof and gutters replaced, but also the house and deck painted after our hail claim. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am really happy with the quality of the work. I recommend PRQ exteriors and will use them again in the future

My husband and I worked with Devin and Dianna at PRQ Exteriors for a solar panel installation. They were polite, not pushy, and helped us to understand the value added to our life by going solar. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover how incredible, responsive, hardworking, and professional the team and services were at PRQ. We sold our home, and as part of the inspection, the buyers flagged that there was hail damage. We immediately called our insurance only to learn very quickly that they denied the claim. That's when Ryon Dudley from PRQ stepped in. Ryon's professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent, and within no time he resolved the claim with insurance and got it approved. They are an excellent contractor for roofing, gutters, and exterior painting. Madison and Pat were both very easy to work with, they communicated well, and they were quick to respond to emails and calls. The work itself exceeded our expectations. The reason I am giving a 4 out 5 instead of a 5 out of 5 star review is that there were communication issues with another member of the team, who was let go due to these problems.

So I was not a fan at first as they were canvassing our neighborhood. BUT... we ended up giving them an opportunity to bid on our roof due to hail damage. -(other companies we called out did not want, or need the biz) they talked with our insurance adjuster, walked us through the whole process which I must confess is quite daunting... I really wanted a deal... read I didn't want to have to pay our insurance deductible... after much research and confirmed by both pro and our home owners insurance- I discovered that not paying the deductible IS INSURANCE FRAUD no matter how a roofing company
