Had this system for 2 years and it started loosen signal and alarm was going off and we never new it until alarm company called us, so we had them to come out and was quoted $150.00 for new antenna and upgrade and was charged $426.00, don't trust their quotes. So after disagreeing with they finally drop $150.00 off of the bill, looking for another company now.

This company is a nightmare to work with.
We assumed the contract from the prior owners of our house. The company never looked over the condition of the installed hardware.
After several months the control panel would beep constantly due to faulty sensors.
We would reset, change batteries and of course call Beacon for help.
They offered help for $100. Which is totally unacceptable.
After spending $60 in batteries and their "free advice", I ripped the control panel out of the wall
What's funny is they never even noticed we are offline.
Sadly I guess we will have to keep paying

Excellent Service and Knowledge
I asked Andy at Beacon Security to help a customer of mine who was having a problem with their security cards. This issue had been going on for months with their current security vendor. The engineer at Beacon came to my client and had the issue fixed in 30 minutes.
