Over time, the foundation deteriorates and water seepage results. The answer is a combination of a water management system and repairing the foundation wall/floor with an epoxy injection that fills and seals the crack.

Unresponsive. I left two voicemails and sent an email requesting a time for Mike to come out and provide me a quote on some additional waterproofing I needed and heard nothing back. They did waterproofing on one side of my basement last year and although Mike was nice and I haven't had water issues the work completed was of very poor quality. There was no protection around anything, so I spent an entire day cleaning up concrete dust off things in my basement. The french drain installed in one part of my basement doesn't go across a wall it goes right through the middle of the room and now I can

I used BAM waterproofing for a few jobs in my basement. After getting multiple quotes, they came in MUCH under and did the same scope of job. Their men were efficient, clean and professional and did a good job. They were honest about the work that needed to be done as well.

Can’t believe this company get so highly rated- A very nice man came out to our home in July to take a look at our wet basement problem. He spent a lot of time here with us and we had high hopes that he would be the answer to our problems. Since that visit in July - i have called the company 3x to see where our estimate might be. Seems desperate - right? But since they get a high rating we thought it might be worth our efforts to continue to call- BUT a man answers the phone, asked what we need - when i explain we are looking for an estimate from the visit- i am automatically put to voice mail
