They do excellent work and they stand behind what they do. My basement stayed bone dry during the recent Ida storm. Even though I felt like Noah, there was not a drop of water. I highly recommend them. It was a great investment—I no longer have to worry about a wet basement even during the worst rain storms.

I never write reviews but had to here. My house built 1876 and been having some water seepage in 1 section of foundation during storms for past few years. Tried multiple remedies to no avail. Met with Ryan (Basement Medics owner), showed him issue, he gave me proposal and as promised, on time, with crew (including his dad the founder) they gave my 145 yo house a dry basement - during Ida no less. Not inexpensive but they get the job done and with guarantee.

The basement was wet for many years after heavy rain. I had finally identified the problem. Called Basement Medics to come out for an estimate. They had explained what needed to be done to the foundation wall. Bob and Ryan, the owners, came out and did the work themselves. Now after several very heavy rains the basement is bone dry, no more water! Very honest and professional company. Highly recommend!

Choosing Basement Medics, LLC was the best choice we ever made! After having to deal with other companies whose prices were through the roof and not to mention there sales pitch was much to be desired, Ryan came into our home told us what we needed and gave us a fantastic estimate! I brought in 3 companies to give me an estimate to water proof my townhouse basement. Initially I did not choose Basement Medics opting to save a few bucks. Big mistake! The solution that the first company put in did not work and as Bob pointed out, several things were incorrect with their installation. Learn from my mistake. Call Basement Medics to begin with. Bob and the team at Basement Medics installed a drainage system in our basement that has taken care of our water issues. The team completed the work in just one day, and that included a thorough clean-up! Our basement has been completely dry and worry-free. Bob was very professional and easy to work with.
