Everyone desires to have good relationships with others. However, divorce appears to be increasing every year and is often due to infidelity, drugs, abuse or finance. Although, in the past, men were notorious for cheating in a relationship, these days we're finding that woman are beginning to cheat nearly as much as men, especially in challenged relationships.
There's an old saying, "you are what you eat." This still holds true today. I believe that what we eat is vital to mental and physical well-being. Eating healthy inadvertently leads to healthy thinking, and healthy thinking causes positive changes in life. The connection between our mind and body is so intricate that one inevitably affects the other by the way it is fed through our senses.
In most cases when we hear the word addiction it is connected to some type of drug such as, crystal methamphetamine (meth), cocaine, heroin, LSD, PCP or marijuana. Unfortunately, illegal drugs aren't the only things that people can get addicted to. Norco, morphine, Oxycodone (Oxycontin), Fentanyl, codeine and the most popular alcohol, have been a problem even before prohibition.
Being afraid can be very uncomfortable and people have various reasons for those types of fears and feelings. Some have experienced a traumatic episode with the specific phobia and others, in many cases, have a fear of the unknown. Whether it's simple, social or agoraphobia, it tends to dampen a person's life in a negative way.

I was dancing with the devil for many years. I was referred by a friend to go see Michael Thompson, owner of lyfethought.
I was reluctant to even talk to since I have had a few different counselors, mental health counselors, and other life coaches which none of them knew what they were talking about.

I'm glad I went to go meet with him. He has helped me out so much.
He is professional, honest, and will not tell you a lie or sell you a dream just to sign up for more sessions. If anyone has any type of problems, whether its phobias, drug, or alcohol abuse, relationship problems, etc
