ZZ Powder Coating is an affordable, professional quality powder coating service that specializes in automotive parts and Motorcycle accessories. We offer media blasting and chemical stripping of parts. We also offer complete wheel powder coating including repair work and multi-stage and clear coatings.
For a more accurate price quote it is reccomended that you either call or email with the specifics of your items. We offer other services apart from powder coating such as: ceramic coating, bearing removal, sandblasting services, etc. We are capable of coating more than what is listed. Please contact us with your project ideas and requirements, and we'll discuss whether it can be done.
Cleaning of Parts: Please make sure your parts are degreased, clean and dry. Any parts that come to our shop and are not in a clean, degreased state will incur an additional preparation fee. What to Remove: Make sure there are no: bushings, bearings, seals, races, rubber, plastic, valve stems, weights or labels with your parts.
The resin powder is applied via electrostatic charge with either a coronal discharge or triboelectric gun similar in concept to applying solvent based paint. The difference is that this spray gun and its resin contents have an electrostatic charge. When the powder exits the gun, it receives an electric charge.
ZZ powder coating's warranty does not apply to damage or failure of the powder coat resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident. We do not cover any damage resulting from the improper installation or mounting of tires. ZZ powder coating's responsibility under this warranty is to renew the powder coating on any item where powder coating failure was our responsibility.

I sent out some single string electric guitar bridges to be powder coated on April 1st. Established what it would cost, agreed on the price which I agreed to be $350 and so I sent the package of parts. I did not hear from them for months understanding that they may have a back log so I called them.
They verified that they received the package, then.... absolutely nothing.
Contacted them several times in an effort to establish a timeline, they never returned my calls and never once picked up the phone to talk to me.
