Jennifer Thiffault was such a bright light during my interview process! I received calls from several recruiters on potential opportunities, but no one measured up to Jennifer's friendliness, professionalism, and ability to make the right connections. After being connected by a mutual work acquaintance they conducted two Zoom interviews one with Kathy and one with Gina. They told me they wanted to get to know me better and were excited about my background. I was told Gina would be in touch about possible jobs, but I never heard from either of them again.

I took the time to call Dawson & Dawson in September 2019 and I spoke to a Larry. She told me to fill the application on line and a career placement professional would call me to interview me and discuss my qualifications. No one to this day ever called me back. I was so disappointed! I have since found a great job on my own threw Indeed.com. I will never call Dawson & Dawson back or use their services.

I was found by the FANTASTIC recruiter Patty through a job board and within 2 1/2 weeks I was hired with a company they recruit for. They prepared me for the multiple interviews. They returned calls and texts. Very professional. Very helpful. Extremely personable. Account manager Chris was able to answer any questions I had for my personal recruiter. Having dealt with Dawson and Dawson, I believe the negative reviews. They called me in for an advertised HR position. I was told that they are now getting many HR jobs as the market had picked up.
I was interviewed, showed them samples of my work and was told it was impressive. I was told I dressed appropriately professional especially since this particular job required that. I was then requested to take a typing test, Excel and Word test on my home computer. Which I did. I never received info on the tests except that they do not give test scores, but I told I passed both tests and did

Awful. So eager to get me into the door, but kept canceling the interview times THEY scheduled. When finally getting somewhere, it ended up being a waste of time fighting traffic to get there only to receive discriminatory remarks on my office wear and refusing to listen when I wanted to apply to the job listings that were initially offered to me because of my office clothes.
Afterwards recruiter never submitted anything I filled out or submitted to any position I was applying for even after multiple requests for updates or to actually DO SOMETHING.

They were a complete waste of time with no results for me. I interviewed there in spring/summer 2014 and they were nice but never sent me on one interview although they said they had lots of contacts and sales, managerial and banking opportunities for me. Found a job on my own that wasn't as it was presented so I left that company after giving it the old college try. I then reached out to Dawson & Dawson late in 2015 and this time I interviewed with someone new there and spoke to the owner and others again. Once again very pleasant but zero followup with me, never heard from them, though

Poor Staffing Agency. I learned about their services at a career fair. I met with their staff a few times regarding my optimal career placement. I was told numerous times that I was a great fit for numerous positions, yet I was never even considered for an interview. When I followed up I was always told an interview would be set in a few weeks, that kept happening time after time. I felt like they did not make much of an effort to help on my job search. Their words were opposite to their actions. I do not recommend this place at all, just a waste of time in my opinion. I'm not one to complain,
