We just finished using Equihome to refinance our home from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage. Britteny was awesome to work with. We shopped around and looked at 3 other companies before choosing Equihome. The rate and costs we got through them was much better than any of the other companies we looked at, which in the end will save us thousands of dollars. I would absolutely recommend Equihome.

Stay away!!!!! We received a letter in the mail that they could refinance our home for a lower rate, no appraisal necessary and it would save us money! GREAT! We fill out the paperwork, told it will take 2-3 business to complete! NOT EVEN CLOSE! First, we apparently HAVE to have an appraisal done so they lied, and it takes 2-3 weeks for this to be completed! Not only that... they tell us this AFTER they pull our credit! Extremely misleading and TERRIBLE information! Don’t be mislead by this company, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Steer clear
