Would not use them again. Ordered on site backyard bbq for a grad party. The cook was late, did not properly setup serving pans with warmers, pans had no serving utensils ( my guest were using fingers to pick up hot dogs and hamburgers), and he over cooked all the meat. Owners did not seem to care after ..

So the owners reported my review because they don't like to hear the truth. So here it is again.
Unprofessional, rude, bad customer service. If you do rent from them double and triple check before leaving that they gave you everything otherwise they make twice the money by renting out something they didn't give you and then making you pay to replace.

Horrible experience! Ordered a large tent with sides and windows. What showed up was TWO small, dirty tent and the sides would not fit properly so when it rained, the guests got wet and of course the rain poured in between the tents!! There were holes in the tents and duct tape to cover the holes. Had to call because they were an hour late setting up! Called after the wedding and they said they would refund our money, never returned our calls. It was so disappointing to have such disgusting, leaky tents on MY WEDDING DAY!!! Would NEVER recommend them!!
