Todd was knowledgeable, thorough and very professional with his inspection of the home we were purchasing. He took the time to go through his main concerns as we walked the property at the conclusion of his inspection. He pointed out specific issues and whether they were items needing immediate attention or issues that we just needed to be aware of for future maintenance. There isn't much to say other than Todd is amazing. I contacted him nearly a year ago for an inspection and he was upfront, courteous, and just honest. At that time, we did not end up doing the inspection but I held onto Todd's information for a later time simply because of my first impression.

Todd was very responsive and on time. He was extreme detailed on my homeowners inspection report and made sure to get every detail he could about my new home. My husband and I build our home and had a two year warranty. We found a wet spot two weeks before our warranty was up and I wanted to make sure the whole house was checked property before the builder came out. Todd was able to squeeze me in last minute and did an phenomenal job. He eased my mind and made me feel very comfortable. He took great pictures and was very detailed in his report. I will use Todd again in the future. Such a great experience!
