Originally from France and Hong Kong, both my family, as well as my husband's, have been in the fine jewelry industry for over 40 years. Being immersed in this industry my whole life, I quickly realized that people shopping for jewelry are often either met by a pushy sales person, or one who has no real expertise.
At By Bonnie, we are so over the traditional pressured retail experience! Educating you about jewelry is our top priority. We want you to be confident throughout the process. You know what you're getting, and therefore, you understand the incredible value you'll get with each piece. We set up a short phone or zoom call to ask some questions and better understand what you are hoping to create.
Natural Diamonds are mined throughout the world, including major mines in Australia, Africa, Russia, and Canada. At By Bonnie, we have a strict no tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds and as such, we only purchase our diamonds through reputable suppliers who adhere to the standards set forth by the Kimberley process.

Working with Bonnie was honestly one of the simplest and smoothest parts of my whole proposal experience. I am so glad I came across Bonnie's videos on YouTube and was ecstatic to learn her office was in the Bay Area. It was so easy to get in touch with Bonnie directly and schedule an appointment.
