Never have I ever had a tattoo experience like I did at Diamond Tattoo! The allure of an all female run business got my attention, but it was the level of artistry and customer service that will have me coming back again.
Contacting the shop and artists was super simple using their website and I was contacted back by Elise quickly. At the appointment, she was patient with my questions and best of all, took her time when it came to tattooing. She was super gentle with the needle and was easy to talk to when I wasn’t in the zone.

I wish I could give them 5 stars but honestly I'm a little disappointed.
Over the last two years, I have had multiple piercings (4 cartilages piercings & 2 on the lobe) done here with Jaime, They've all healed pretty well.
But the following has been bothering me for sometime now...
I made an appointment for 6.1.2020 for a cartilage piercing. Jaime let me know that there was a price increase due to PPE, I had no problem with that. They did everything in their power to keep things clean & safe. However there was some confusion on what type of piercing I wanted, Jaime thought

I went to Paula for my biggest tattoo so far and it was a great experience!
During our initial consult I let her know that I wanted a "realistic" octopus that covered my left shoulder from my pectoral to my back with tentacles that went down my arm.
She got to work designing it and even sent me pics of what it would look like on me.
It took three marathon sessions but she was focused and as dedicated to the successful outcome as I was!
She even watched documentaries to make sure that she could capture the realism I was looking for.
As long as Paula is around, I'll never go

I emailed one of the artists to set up an appointment(as their new policy insisted), we sent a time and date two weeks in advance. We emailed back and forth and finally set on final design and then the day of nobody was there. The phone number listed on the Google page just rings and goes to voice mail but cant even leave a voice mail because is not set up. Absolutely love them! I've been here three time now, three piercings later and a trip to fix a piece of jewelry I can honestly say I have recommended multiple people here and will continue to do so. I have had great experiences with everyone I have come in contact with, whether they have worked on me, taken my payment, or just wanted to chat while I waited I can say I have felt welcomed and heard. I am already planning my 4th piercing and have plans fo return with a few friends on Monday (50% off piercings people!) Also planning on coming in for a tattoo consultation when I've narrowed

Walked in to get a couple piercings. There was already a group in line ahead of us talking to one of the girls that work here. At first, I didn't mind waiting because it wasn't like I had an appointment or anything and they were there first. But their conversation was nothing about their business transaction, they were JUST TALKING. I waited patiently for 15 minutes for these idiots to finish up their irrelevant conversations, they left, and the girl helping them walks to the back and is talking to her coworker..... they are just laughing and bullshitting in the back. Decided to check out the location with my partner. We went on and worked with Paula (the owner) who was WONDERFUL! She did a helix piercing as well as a dermal piercing for both of us. I was terrified about getting the dermal because it just seems like such a painful process, but she fully explained everything and made it actually fairly painless. Customer experience was fantastic, location was very clean, and professionalism

UPDATE: My piercing healed really well. No infection or any problems whatsoever. I truly believe that is due to Jamie's expertise in piercing, as well as obviously taking good care of the piercing after it was done. So, I'm still very, very happy with the whole piercing process and service at Diamond Tattoo.

Paula is an incredible artist. Her tattoos are beautiful the quality is second to none. She has done 3 out of 4 of my daughters tattoos. She also has done many piercings for us they were wonderful. Her shop is always clean, she is very professional, and her staff member are welcoming. Overall incredible service and a fantastic tattoo I highly recommend her!

I have almost a full sleeve done by Paula, and a piece by kat. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. The line work is clean, and they do beautiful color work. Paula also is great at cover ups. I have 2 and you can barely tell there was anything there before. I also get my piercings and jewelry done there. Jamie the piercer is so nice, and does a great job. The jewelry there is to notch. My sister and I came in for a couple of tattoos one night. We had to wait a little while as there were a few piercings ahead of us, but it wasn't a big deal. There was adequate seating and the staff were friendly and talked to us to pass the time. Paula did our tattoos, taking all the proper sanitary requirements. She was nice to talk too and our pieces came out just the way we wanted. The only downside for me was they were cash only, however, they did have an ATM in the parlor.
