I was told my clothes would be done by Saturday. I went to pick up the following Monday and they only had one of four shirts ready. They had to scramble to find the remaining ones. I had to stand there, late for work, and wait while they looked for the last shirt which they couldn't find. Had to go again in two days to pick up the lost shirt. Overpriced, unorganized, and very poor customer service.

Charged me extra for rush delivery, didn't have item ready wen I came to pick up at the specified time given by them, they told me to come back 3 hrs later, I was unable to pick up 3 hrs later, I went back a couple days later and they still charged me for the rush delivery that they didn't fulfill saying it was my fault for not coming back 3 hrs later as they instructed me to do. So not only do they screw up, but they also went ahead and blamed me for the problem.. if ur looking for the most UNPROFESSIONAL service, this is the best place to go in the entire Osceola county area!!!
