I flew into town for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid for, the night before I noticed some stains on there and had no idea how to remove them. I found eleganza by chance but thank God I did! I brought my dress at 7 am as an emergency and they were able to clean it by 12 pm, just in time for our pictures. They stayed in communication throughout the day and we’re very responsive. I highly recommend their services ☺️

Upon coming to Orlando on vacation, my husband and I found ourselves in a bit of a situation which required us to need our clothes dry cleaned last minute. After searching on google and seeing how every place was pretty much closed, we came upon Eleganza Dry Cleaners. Not only were they very understanding and nice, they took in our request despite being fully booked and had our clothes ready the next day despite them being closed. Amazing prices, with more than amazing people. Please consider this place on your next visit. It is honestly worth it!

What wonderful people. My husband dropped his 12 year old suit off and just prayed they could make it look presentable for the daddy daughter dance. When I brought it home to him he was BLOWN away. They completely EXCEEDED his expectations. The location is clean friendly professional and very timely. We will DEFINITELY be going back. Thank you for the amazing service.

I have used this cleaners for years! They are local and the owners feel like family. I recently dropped off 2 coats in the middle of the holiday 🎄 season..and totally forgot to pick up before a trip.
I called Eleganza on NEW YEARS EVE to see if they were open (they had just closed) and the owner picked up with a smile on his face and waited for me to arrive for pick up!!!!
That deserves a review considering I needed the coats on the way to a flight in cold weather.
Highly recommend! Top notch quality. Wool coat is back to new. I've taken work blazers and they thoroughly washed and dry cleaned

This has been my choice for a dry cleaner since discovering them. I take my down comforters and duvets every year. They come back clean, fluffy and smelling great. They always put them in storage bags and they are ready for next year. The service is amazing I even get them walked to my car. Please don't hesitate to support this business no one will do a better job. supporting a local hard working and honest company makes good sense

I was in town on a business trip and needed some clothes dry cleaned in a hurry. I found Eleganza on Google, and noticed they had good reviews. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, and I was very pleased at how clean and nice the place was. The owners are very nice and you can tell they take pride in what they do. My clothes looked absolutely perfect, and I was able to pick them up on the same day, all for a resonable cost. If I am ever back in town and need dry cleaning done I wouldn't pick anywhere else.

I just want to take a moment today to appreciate the entire staff at Eleganza dry cleaners. They have gone out of their way to assist me when I needed to alter a beautiful two piece suit that was too small for me. They are Master Archeologist when it comes to alteration! You can turn the garment inside and out and you could never find any evidence of alteration. Except that now I have a beautiful suit that fits me perfectly. They are the most courteous family I have ever encountered. They pour their heart in everything that they do. Their cleaning work is commendable! My heart is filled with gratitude
