Where do I even begin?!? From the beginning, Roshan exceeded expectations with her ideas and professionalism. Roshan worked with me to add cap sleeves to my strapless wedding dress. I provided inspiration photos, and she went above and beyond with her work. The time and expertise she took to make sure it was stunning, will always be appreciated. As a COVID bride, I had the pleasure of wearing my dress twice, once for a smaller ceremony and again for the big reception. With that Roshan ensured that any tweaks needed were taken care of.

Highly recommend Roshan for bridal alterations! She did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress and I appreciated her eye for detail, including a suggestion for the bustle design that fit marvelously with the dress. She was also able to complete the alterations relatively quickly compared to turnarounds I had been quoted from other shops (which ended up being less important once COVID showed up, but was appreciated nonetheless!) I felt her prices were reasonable. On top of all of that, Roshan is just very sweet and kind which made working with her that much better!

AMAZING! I was getting my mother's wedding dress redesigned for my wedding and I am so lucky to have found this place! I previously took it to another tailor who worked on it for months, but when she was finished I was not very impressed. The other tailor told me the things I wanted were not possible and she did not fit the body to my dress very well.
BUT Roshan SAVED my wedding dress! She did exactly what I asked and exceeded my expectations. She's very kind and I felt very comfortable working with her. She caught mistakes and things the other tailor had missed or overlooked. AND she

I had a custom wedding dress designed with Roshan. I recorded many compliments on my dress on the day of my wedding. People were shocked when I told them it was a custom side dress and design. They said the dress really complimented my figure. I had such a fun time working with Roshan on my dress. She was really patient with me when I wanted to change some details on the design and in the end she really cares that I had the best dress that was right for me and my body type. BUYER BEWARE!

Roshan was referred to me by the woman who sold my wedding dress. This woman was amazing so I assumed her referral would be as well.... this was not the case.
Each appointment I had with Roshan had been rescheduled multiple times. Not only that, but she would tell me the day before so I would have to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate her lack of scheduling abilities. On top of that, she would be late to appointments regardless of her rescheduling. One appoinment (October) I waited 30 minutes for her to show up. I had moved out of state and had informed her of this move

Weddings can be stressful, so if you're not willing to feel more stressed, just go somewhere else. My wedding dress looked beautiful, but the experience I had was so anxiety producing. With my postponed date finally happening with lifting restrictions, it was down to the wire. When I brought my dress in, Roshan asked my date, which I provided when I made the initial appointment, so I reminded her. She kept repeating, "why did I take you?" Apparently she was leaving for vacation at the end of the month. I was tempted to leave, but the dress was already on me and she was pinning. I

Beware!! I was so disappointed and frustrated with the service provided here for my wedding gown. She worked at the bridal salon where I purchased my dress and came highly recommended by the salon. However she ruined my dress by taking shortcuts and not doing the alterations properly. I had to take my dress to another seamstress to have her fix as much as she could. But my dress is all lace, so many of the alterations Roshan did could not be fixed :( she was also incredibly rude to me and my mom. She rushed us through both appointments and even yelled at my mom to be quiet during one of the appointments

Roshan is one of the kindest hearted people I have ever had the pleasure to come across. She made me feel absolutely beautiful throughout every step of my bridal alterations. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or that she couldn’t make me look and feel my absolute best for my special day. Roshan is talented, compassionate and everything you would want in a seamstress. I’ll always remember how special she made me feel! 💕

Roshan, Roshan, Roshan. She is a rock star! She's very skillful with a great eye for detail. I knew I and my gown were in very capable hands. She also worked on my ao dai. I was hoping she would be able to hem it for me, since I brought it in a little last minute. But she went above and beyond. The arms and shoulder were a bit tight and she was able to let out those areas for me, so I could be comfortable as could be on my wedding day. I was blown away with her work and would highly recommend her

Roshan is incredible. She is a perfectionist with a keen eye for fit and style. My wedding dress was several sizes too big when I purchased it, and every time we met, she meticulously addressed every fold, piece of lace, and sequin. She also gave me her number, so I could send her photos of shoes and headpieces as I was shopping. She additionally tailored my husband's suit and generously helped him select his shoes, belt, shirt, and tie for our wedding. We will absolutely be returning customers!

Roshan is located in Needham now and she is absolutely wonderful! My mom knew of her from her business in Newton and took me to get fitted for my wedding gown. She was very detailed, very calm and sweet to work with, and generally just put me at ease during the whole (X number of layer) process that took over an hour. Was I uncomfortable? Yes. But that's how this goes! Her office was clean and she played great music and chatted us up about everything and we felt right at home, my mother and myself.

For a follow up, I needed to have my dress taken out a smidgen once I started to move around
