Purchased six levelers for my 1955 Spartan Mansion and a ceiling fan for my 1947 Spartan Manor. I like this store because they stock things I need and their prices are fair. Great location on Pacific Coast Highway and Lucille Avenue. It's easy to get to and the parking lot is big so you can bring your trailer if you need to have it there to get advice or match up some parts.

Was able to make an appointment to have the wheel bearings repacked on my trailer and get the trailer back within a few hours. Work was thorough, including replacement of some parts that had gone bad, and the price reasonable. Also appreciated being able to leave our trailer/boat in small, clean parking lot rather than a big, dirty yard.
If you check out the other reviews, you'll find the few negative ones are almost all related to Martin's demeanor. If you can get past his sometimes brusque exterior, though, you'll find he's quite a nice guy, not to mention knowledgable.

I called up to ask 2 questions but since they don't do a certain type of service to my question #1, the rep(sounded middle age Latino)lost interest and hung up on me. My 2nd question was regarding hitches.. and to schedule an appointment. I worked in auto service consulting and now in auto damage... and do have inquiries from customers from time to time. I guess I will give my business elsewhere. Thanks for your impatience.

Im speechless, ive never been here before and just walked in with intention to buy a part to fix my problem but he gives me his rude rude offensive and insult attitude. Sorry man! You are in great hands here. Martin is very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a used trailer that had its surge brakes dismantled and was unsafe.
Martin and his mechanics systematically went through and repacked new bearings, and replaced the discs, calipers, & new receiver with brake reservoir with new lines and connector. I could not be happier with the job. Was able to order all the parts and do the installation at a reasonable and fair price. This place is great and easy to see how they have remained in business since 1948.

The owner of this place is so unbelievably rude!!! It's incredible he still has a business with how incompetent he seems to be with not only interacting with customers, but also answering their questions. He knows "everything" about all things recreation, except he referred me to other stores simply bc he didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. Not to mention his entire store is painfully overpriced. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Literally any other store will have better customer service than this one.

Really glad we decided to find and go into this local shop instead of buying everything online. We really appreciate having our questions answered in person. Marty, the owner is super experienced, knowledgeable and kind of funny. We walked out of there with a box full of stuff we'll need as we embark on our new glamping adventures.

We came here to buy a surge protector for our travel trailer. Martin was very helpful. We found many items for our camping trip. This place is great. No need to travel all the way to Camping World. There prices are great also. They have everything you need. We had an issue with a water filter & came back. Exchanged out with no problem. I would highly recommend this place.
