I have no idea how this place has good reviews. I’ve only been there twice and both times I had to call 5-6 times to actually get through to someone and make an appointment. Both times when I got to the appointment, they said I didn’t have an appt. And rescheduled. Had to wait well over an hour to see the doctor both times. Will never step foot in there again.

Dr. Nate has always made himself avaliable to me. He is also very educated and intelligent individual.
Dr. Rochan is extremely nice, patient, he has a calming voice, and keeps well informed on person whom he is talking to.

If I could put a negative star I would. MD Care Now in Stratford.I called the office last Friday and spoke to a man who took all of my information and set me up for a meet and greet appointment for this Thursday. I had to call the office to reschedule that appointment and the girl on the phone had no record of me whatsoever. She proceeded to put me on hold at least three times and then when she finally picked back up to hold a conversation with me she was talking to somebody else in the office and didn't much care about me! Now I'm glad they didn't put me in the system because what would it be

I’ve been seeing Dr.Nate for almost 4yrs and I’m more than happy with his professional care, he always listens to your needs and educates you on new meds how they work and what to expect. He is always on call and I mean it. Another thing he knows what is best for his patients. I drive a good 45min to go to my appointments and I will follow him anywhere he goes. And has we all know COVID has changed our way of living and yes sometime there will be days that you need to wait more than others but what doctor office do you go and you don’t wait let’s be real none he far I know. The first thing I noticed when I called was how very polite and respectful the front desk was. When I came for my appointment...I was greeted cheerfully and my visit went great. They seem truly interested everything about me. I am thrilled to have a new primary care provider who is willing to help me with my so many issues. Attentive is a great word to describe everyone in the office.
