We carry human hair and synthetics. The majority of our displayed wigs are synthetics. The good things about synthetic wig types are no maintenance requirements, more colors available and no styling needed (just shake and go). The one bad attribute of synthetics are heat sensitivity (no curling irons or excessive heat will damage the fiber).

Very disappointed in this shop. My mother WAS a repeat customer at this store but found out we had to pay a consultation fee of 50 dollars just to try on a wig. How do you know if you want to buy til you try?? The female oriental lady who stated she's a Manger even refused to put it on the counter so we could have a closer look at it.
My mother has been cancer free for 12 years and a wig makes her feel more confident. The manager was very disrespectful and not customer service oriented at all!

My sister and I needed wigs for our thinning hair. We went to “Wigs Amor “ in Scottsdale, near Mayo Hospital.
It was an amazing experience,
above on their excellent knowledge,
we could find high quality and beautiful wigs which are so reasonable price !!!

The shop is amazing ~ if you can't find what you want/need ~ It must not exist. But there is a problem. I went into the shop a couple of weeks ago and was met by the owner. I explained that I was looking for a small pull through hair topper to fill in where my hair has thinned and It had to be white. She went over to some drawers and looked through inventory and came up with a human hair topper in the right color. She quoted an amount of $180.00 which I wasn't able to pay at that time. The customer service when I went back this afternoon was horrendous. I was greeted by a sales girl and I explained

What a shame and a very rude experience. My stepmother and I went into the store today. We spent about 45 Minutes trying on wigs. We definitely would have purchased if we’d found something that fit and looked great. When we went to leave we apologized for not finding anything this time. (We have definitely purchased when we found the right wig). The owner crossed her arms and stomped off and said “I’m mad”! Last I knew, wig shops are in the business of helping people try on wigs. Don’t waste your time at Amor Wigs.

My sister in law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and I decided to get her a wig, as I knew she would lose her hair. I had wanted to get it before she started chemo, but it didn't work out. When she was able to go to the store, I called and told them we were coming. They have two stations where they fit and style wigs. The staff was very caring, and took the time to make sure she got a wig that was just right. Best part was seeing the transformation from her going in with a beanie, to walking out with a beautiful head of hair. I do suggest getting the best wig you can afford, that is NOT human

There is always an attendant who is ready to help you and answer any questions. They have a great collection of synthetic, blended, and human hair wigs, and have a fair price range ($150-250 for synthetic, do not have any experience with theur human hair wigs). They also have a nice clearance selection, where you can find wigs for as low as $45. Their selection of wig care items is unmatched, 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for anything wig related.

Kara is a master at matching up wigs and cutting to style it in no time at all. She has such a huge selection of wigs it's like why would you go anywhere else. I mean when she gets down to business and really knows what she's doing. Fast effect and out the door you go. She sales everything from high end human wigs to synthetics, hand tied to standard ole type wigs, wigs for costumes you name it! This place, how do they stay in business. They have a huge selection of items. Neat hair accessories but a bit over priced. The wigs (blended) over priced. I have been buying Wigs at Wigs Amor for several years. CARA, the owner is an expert in fitting and styling wigs. Wearing a wig has changed my life.
I can walk out the door, not have to worry about how my thin hair looks.

Do not go here! My boyfriend and I visited a bit ago and were treated TERRIBLY. Even though we were the only customers in the shop, nobody offered any help. Instead I was treated like a thief and glared at. I work in the customer service industry so I know how tough it can be, but there was literally no reason for them to treat me and my boyfriend like that. If you care about who you give your money to, take it somewhere else!

I had a most interesting shopping experience early on a Tuesday afternoon. My lovely wife had wished to purchase a wig and as we drove down Scottsdale Rd. to get some lunch we passed a wig shop and she wanted to come back after we ate. I'm glad we did! A lovely, neat, well stocked shop with just one salesperson there and lucky for us it was Kara. She was more than helpful showing us many different styled wigs, and I got to choose a couple myself. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Horrible customer service and product! My sister and I both bought hair extensions from this shop being told that we were buying 100% real human hair. When we went to style them with a flat iron the hair burned and singed!! I was lucky enough to be at a hair salon when this happened and that is when the hair stylists informed me that we were lied to and it was not human hair. I went back to the store to return them since they falsely advertised what they were selling. They got aggressive quickly since I had already sent in my hair stylist friend to help me out. This place sucks , poor service, she never once looked at me.. just kept looking at what ever she was doing at the counter , seems like they could care less if your in the store or not... And 10$ just to try on a wig , I wouldn't pay to try clothes on I'm sure not paying to try a wig on... 10$ for each wig you try on !! Business's trying to make a buck where they shouldn't usually end up loosing a buck.

I purchased two wigs here - the second one started looking very ratty after a few months so I took it back - I was told it was because it was a standard cap and I probably wanted a mono cap - I had no idea there was a difference. The owner just brought a wig out and told me it looked the best (I agreed). Had I known there was a difference, I wouldn't have chosen it. I found another one that I liked but when I asked if I could exchange and pay the difference I was told no, they don't take them back. Then the owner disappeared when I started asking questions, leaving me with her employee
