Services
1-Stop Automotive is family-owned and operated by Erik and Cindy Hall. Unlike many Billings auto repair shops and franchise auto service centers, our shop has the equipment and capability to do all auto repairs, from tires and alignments to engine and transmission replacements-hence the name, 1-Stop Automotive.
At 1-Stop Automotive, we offer full-service auto repair, including suspension repair, brake repair, tune-ups, wheel alignment, water pumps, alternators, timing belt replacement, and much more. Our mechanics are experts at suspension diagnosis and repair, alignments, electrical diagnosis and repair, general troubleshooting, and drivability repair.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

My truck broke down on a Wednesday morning, I called The One-Stop Team that afternoon and had it towed the next morning! It' is the holiday season, so I expected a little longer timeline...nope! They had a small opening and were able to get it diagnosis the issue and get it right back! It was a nice Chirstmas present!

They fit me in as I was traveling through and were kind and seemed to really care about getting me back on the road. Service was awesome and the people were very kind and welcoming. Most places I called for help did not care that I was stranded. This place did. Will go back in a heartbeat.

Great shop !! I am currently driving cross country herd a funny sound. I thought it was a much bigger job called and asked if they could do it same day ect, the gentleman answered the phone and made me feel great! ended up being something small I wasnt there for hour !!! and he only charged me a portion of what I expected!

Outstanding and most kind customer service ever experienced! we were on a road trip and ran over a pothole and knew something happened to the undercarriage. parked outside their storefront until they opened and they welcomed us in without hesitation once they opened their shop. looked at it right away and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. super understanding and gracious towards us, we couldn’t be more thankful!!

Erik and his crew, including the "boss" were simply amazing. I had a problem and the part would arrive until Monday (being a Thursday). He searched with his computer and found the piece somewhere in town. I was back on the road 3 hours later with my car in perfect condition. You guys rock. The price was the same as in other places that were not accommodating someone just passing through Billings. Five stars is a minimum.

I was looking at a truck to buy at Subaru in Billings and wanted a second opinion on the condition. 1-Stop Automotive did a excellent job. They took pictures full detail of the entire truck. If your looking at a used vehicle have 1-Stop Automotive look at it first. It’s well worth the 85.00. They were fast,and just over all great customer service. Thank you Cindy and Eric. I and my family have been doing business with Eric and Cindy for years, and they are just fantastic. Eric is an up front and honest guy who clearly takes pride in his business.
