Heights Car Care took car in immediately once problem arose. Repair was real reasonable and I feel they were real honest when car had second issue, then repaired it for no charge. I took my 2020 4runner in for a simple alignment. Took 4 1/2 hours. Went on a road trip a few days later and close to getting home I notice a big clunk noise and the car shifting right while breaking. Looked under the truck and the back bolt holding the lower right a-arm on is almost totally out with the nut barely threaded. They didn't re-torque or even tighten that major bolt holding my wheel to the chassis. If it had come out on the freeway at 85 who knows if i'd even be here to write this. Stay very very far away from this crap hole. Literally anywhere would be better. F*ck this

Joe impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. She explained every single thing to me himself and I was blown away. I had taken it to a place before him and was very lyrics they didn't explain anything. I'll never take my car to another place besides Joe. Went in for some sensor work and to diagnose check engine light. They finished it up within a day, however the check engine light came right back on. Went right back down and dropped off the car. A week later they said they couldn't find it and needed to do check on the timing. A week and a half later finally told timingnis fine now want to check something else. Gave them 3 days and still had not checked on it. They are nice and good people in person but not professional time wise, and never give you updates on your car status even if its a week later.

These guys took me on a whim and fixed my ride in a matter of minutes. Granted, this is likely an exception rather than a rule, but I’d like to think that this level of personal service extends to many other facets of their business. Horrible experience, not sure they even changed my oil. I get way worse gas milage now. They didn't top off a single fluid. Told me my motor leaks when it doesn't and never said anything about the tyranny leaking which it does. They tried to get me to do all these stupid pointless repairs instead of telling me about repairs that really needed done.

Very good customer service! Got my car in and out the same day. Recommended some service, but was not pushy about it. They give you an itemized list with what they did today and what they recommend and why. Taylor was very kind and did a great job explaining everything. Will definitely be going back!

My old Jeep needed a new fuel pump and I called joe up. Most places in town was A 2 week to a month wait for replacement. All the places in town costs between $750 to $900 for the service to be done completely. Joe got me scheduled in the very next day and the price was within limits. I am very happy with the speed and quality of their work. I have been using this shop for 15 plus years since before they changed the name. I still love the work they do. I recommend this shop for all basic needs and replacements of wear and tear parts and tune ups.

Joe (the owner) is very careful to provide great customer service. I had him service my Mini Cooper S. I'm writing this 1 year later because the part he replaced went out, after I had moved from Billings. I called Joe to tell him and see if he covered the part and labor. Joe has insurance for that, so it paid for replacing the part and the labor to the mechanic in my city. I'm grateful for the coverage and attention to detail Joe took.

Joe and the staff at Heights Car Care are truly top notch! We were traveling to Billings from Bozeman for a little vacation when we suddenly blew a CV joint all over the road. With bearings and twisted metal flying everywhere, it was apparent that our Chevy Impala was going nowhere. Fortunately, it happened close to Billings. Traveling back and forth from Dickinson ND to Billings MT for medical care my SUV broke down. It was missing and I had a full time up 2 months earlier (for $530). Joe (what a really nice guy) spent time with me to go over the things that could be wrong. He did a full diagnostic on the car and figured out that it was an EGR value. I've had 3 mechanics look at the car, I even told one of them that I thought it was an EGR valve. We had an emergency stop on our trip from Seattle to Des Moines. We showed up late in the day and the owner and Fred went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we could continue our journey quickly (going to a 50th wedding anniversary). Do not go here, if I could drop zero stars I would, they charged me 420$ to NOT fix my truck that was missing. I told then it was probably just in need of new wires and plugs, they went after the throttle bodies instead, and did NOT fix the problem, yet gave it back to me and a very large bill to boot. Had to take it to Toyota, they fixed it, just needed a tune up!

I had a similar situation as Andrew H. I'm moving to Oregon and AC stopped working. I had to ask how much it would cost -- though he already started to work on it -- and he also did a full recharge on it. He couldn't figure out how to pop the hood. I'm still standing here after it took about three hours for him to figure out it was a bad clutch (which who knows if that's the actual problem.)
