My husband and I are investors from out of state and chose this place because of there great reviews. Unfortunately, we didn't have the same experience as others. We were dealing with Ethan who totally failed us. Long story short after months in escrow and money thrown away on inspections and appraisals we were told it couldn't be done. Ethan made us a promise that his office would pay something, then comes back and told us that it wouldn't happen. He didn't even have the decency to call and explain to us. I was looking to refinance and found that Approved Mortgage came in with an offer almost a point lower then my previous mortgage company. Closed very easily in about 2 weeks! If I were able to give zero stars I would. Approved Mortgage like many other companies is really about one thing, and that is their profit. Making a profit is by no means a bad thing however when it's done with zero customer service skills therein lies our problem. Like all bad salespeople, they talk A LOT and do not listen. My experience at Approved was with people who had no organizational skills or active listening skills. When a customer is trusting you with this amount of money they need to be able to trust who they are dealing with. I would never recommend this company to even my worst of

My husband went to this company when we were considering purchasing a home. Carrie, our rep with Approved Mortgage, made the option to buy a reality. She was blunt and upfront (which I love) about what we needed to do with our credit and our finances in order to qualify. Long story short-she helped us every step of the way and kept communication open and now we have our dream home. I came back to update my review as I was asked if this is my true opinion-yes!!! I am a proud owner of a big house thanks to this mortgage company!
