This guy was incredibly nice over the phone before I signed the lease. After signing it, everything became a problem/annoyance to him.
-took over 2 months to fix a dishwasher (which was broken since I moved in)
-verbally implied I could have a roommate once I found one (before I moved 3000 miles to get here) then says he'll evict me if I get a roommate.
-very rude over the phone.
The unit is very nice, and priced well, it's a shame that it's property manager is so unprofessional.

I rented a house through Far West for three years while attending Embry-Riddle. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience throughout. While living a very busy lifestyle, it gave me great peace of mind to know that I was dealing with honest, fair property management, and that my housing arrangement was secure. As a tenant who values privacy, I was grateful for Dave's excellent communication while scheduling visits to the property. We originally contracted with another Property Management house in Prescott, but they proved that they were incapable of doing even the most basic of jobs (like keeping the power turned on between renters). Found Dave Hamill at Far West to be professional and knowledgeable about property management, and he has served us well over the past 6 years or so. If I were going to need another property managed, I would go back to Dave and Far West without hesitation.

Dave Hamill at Far West Realty was my property manager on a single family house for several years. My wife and I have purchased several homes in our lifetime. Hassles typically abound, and promises are seldom kept. What a great relief to have found Mr. Montierth for an agent. Patient, kind and dedicated to our requests, he exemplified true professionalism. Mr. Hamill became our leasing agent when we were unable to return to utilize our home. He is awesome. He is thorough.
