JPM Property Management was established 2000 and has always been a family owned and operated business. It is currently owned and operated by a husband and wife team that love to work together. Shane is a licensed real estate agent and Jodie is the designated broker. Between them, they have almost 30 years of property management experience.
Ours is a professional business, which only can be successful by taking a personal interest in you, your property and your tenants. You are more than a number to us. We provide many services for the management fees you pay. We show your property to prospective tenants, prepare rental agreements and we house your tenants.
If the application is complete and we receive a copy of your ID and the fee, it normally takes 24 hours depending on how long it takes for your employer and landlord to get back to us.
