I have been an Optometrist for twenty-four years. Before joining Family Vision Health Center, I practiced in the Holmdel and Tinton Falls areas for over ten years, associated with Dr. Anthony Micale, M.D. I graduated from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 1988, with an internship in visual therapy.

Computer monitors emit levels of radiation that are considerably lower than the maximum allowed for safety, according to a study by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. NIOSH compared the maximum radiation levels in a group of monitors with the safety standards. Extremely Low Frequency: equal to common household appliances, well below dangerous levels (no standard exists).

I have been coming to Jemm Optical for about 3 years now. First time was just for glasses, this last year I saw the doctor and had a very good exam with him. Each and every time I’ve had a great experience. My last encounter buying glasses something happened at the lab with my glasses and I wasn’t pleased. I spoke with a couple people and they had me come in to get another fitting since I wasn’t happy. They literally did ANY and EVERYTHING to make me happy before I left out of that store. Jenna helped me so much I really appreciate her! Needless to say I will be back for my next eye exam

I went here for the first time today. I have never been a client before and asked if they could fix my Tom Ford Sunglasses that were in bad shape and missing the nose cushions, scratched up, etc. Not only did they fix it quickly for me, when I asked how much I owed them, they wouldn't allow me to pay. I was shocked - you just don't see nice people like that in today's world. Make sure if you have any optical needs to come here, they are good people and have great service.

This is, by far, the nicest eye glasses boutique I have seen in years! Not knowing what to expect, I wandered into the store. I simply could not believe the variety, unique glasses that can't be compared with a "Mall Shop", and the customer service.
Liz and her staff know how to treat clients. I received one-on-one attention and helpful advice. I felt at home and relaxed. Enjoyable music was playing and the shop is gorgeous! Chandeliers and cabinetry to die for. I felt like the only person in the boutique.
I have not purchased new glasses for over fourteen years - because I do not enjoy trying

I am so happy with the wide selection they have. The employees were very steadfast and kind. I received a full eye exam and in no time at all I was selecting my newest pair with excitement. The store is beautiful and has all the best designer styles. It's clean and inviting with good prices, plus it is family owned which, in my opinion, adds charm and warmth. I can't say enough how pleased I was with the service and experience I received at Jemm Optical. The people there were friendly, professional and courteous. I had a full eye exam and purchased 4 pair of glasses (3 regular and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses). My glasses were ready in no time and all worked perfectly.
