Found RX safety with a google search , after reading the reviews and finding out that they are a family owned co. that specializes in workplace glasses with a safety rating I decided to give them a try . I ordered 2 pairs of computer reading glasses which came out great . Very pleased with them . I also ordered a third pair of prescription sunglasses as I drive every day for my job . Unfortunately when i finally started using my new sunglasses the lens fell out in my hand while cleaning them with the included lens cloth . I contacted RX Safety through the website with the " Contact us link " .

When buying a pair of glasses hope they don’t mess up your order, it would be painful to start a return process with this company. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not give you accurate information nor do they return your phone calls or emails in comparison with how they behave when your make an order. Their customer service is located in other county and they do not process returns or exchange like a normal company, they force you to keep the items even though you don’t want them anymore. I couldnt give them a lower score because Its not allowed.

I opted for glass lenses in my eyeglasses after many years of dealing with scratches and coating issues on polycarbonate. I landed on RX Safety and ordered the glass lenses and purchased the pre paid shipping label. I sent my glasses in and turnaround was prompt, probably about a week and half to receive back which I thought was very reasonable. I made an error on my PD distance and they remade them without question, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend this company - good customer service and a great product.

My husband and I are landscapers/grounds keepers, which means I am VERY hard on my glasses! My husband found this amazing company and I have been more that pleased with everything they have done! Their customer service is also great either by email or by phone they are very quick to answer any questions I have had. We have ordered from them 2 sets of glasses and had lenses replaced in my two other frames. PLUS they offer glass lenses which are a MUST in my line of work and I have found that it’s hard to get that from most online venders!

After receiving my prescription safety glasses I found the prescription was not correct so I started the return process to have the lenses remade. To be clear, the return/remake is not free. There is an $87 charge for this, so I was not asking for anything free. Because this was in the middle of covid I asked the customer service representative if I needed to return the glasses within the 30 day time window per their standard return policy or if I could wait until I could go back to the optometrist to update the prescription. He said that because I started the process within 30 days I could wait

I was excited to buy some excellent goggles specifically designed for healthcare workers from a different company. I was so happy with the goggles and unfortunately sent them to RX Safety to have prescription lenses installed instead of the company the goggles manufacturer recommended. I sent my goggles to them and excitedly awaited their return. First concern: I never received an acknowledgment that they received the frames. Fortunately, I was able to see by my tracking number that they had. Second concern: I didn't hear anything at all from them for over three weeks despite sending two messages

Run, run, run as fast as you can away from this place. Listen to all the negative reviews. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses online. 1 month later and no glasses, no email acknowledgement of my order, and rude customer service. All they can say is that it takes time. It's an "American" company that ships their glasses to China to get fulfilled.

Ordered prescription safety glasses so I requested original lenses that come with the glasses so I can switch back in case it did not work out.
Customer service wanted to charge extra for plano lenses which If bought just the safety glasses should have come with it.
And you know, the prescribed lenses did not feel right for me so this glasses is basically a junk with no use now.
Should have gone to the actual store to get it fitted.

These folks are horrible ... not only do the safety glasses they sell fall apart in less than a year, but when I ordered parts to try to repair them, They took 16 days (and counting) to even send out the order. I spoke with Ryan Rettino in their customer service department and asked for free shipping given that they haven't even tried to ship my order. He was extremely rude and hung up on me, claiming there is no one else to talk with. I've recommended these folks to others in the past. Now, I can only recommend buying from elsewhere. Horrible, rude service. Their other reviews say it

I should have read the reviews before ordering prescription safety glasses from these guys. The first set of lenses were awful. I'm not new to wearing progressive lenses, and these felt like I was looking through a fishbowl. Completely useless. I asked for a refund and they said they'd have to check them first and to send them back and made me pay to send them back on my own dime. They received them, confirmed they were not made right, but instead fo giving me a refund like I had asked because I didn't have the time for the back and forth and weeks wasted, they apparently went ahead

They screwed up on two pair of glasses that I had sent in for prescription lens replacement. When I mailed in my order I took the time to rubber band the correct prescription to each pair of glasses so they would not get mixed up - one pair of reading and one pair of bifocal. Then, I got a message from a lady named Doody who wrote: "Which pair of glasses would require the bifocal?" So obviously someone had already gotten my prescriptions mixed up. I called in and spoke to Ryan and took 20 to explain to him which prescriptions went with which frames, and said that he got it all figured

Customer Service rep I spoke to was incredibly challenging and rude. I had a question on my order and was essentially told "too bad." I work as an ER RN and suggest that no one purchase from this company. I should have listened the reviews rather than purchase on availability as most other places are out-of-stock. There is a reason they have product and other companies don't.

This company is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Thay made me a set of lenses for my glasses and made the wrong prescription and when I pointed it out to them they would not make good on the lenses. So I was stuck with a pair of glasses I couldn't use. Run like the devil is chasing you if you are looking for a reputable company.
