We are pattern-seeking primates trying to make sense of an often unpredictable world. Our grief process is no exception. My goal with the Grief Recovery Method is to help you "grieve and complete" relationships that have ended or changed. Regain the ability to begin new relationships and allow yourself to retake a happy and productive place in your own life.

I am a Life Coach, Grief Support Specialist & Yoga Instructor that is here to help you start believing in You. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, 3 crazy dogs and one cat. I would highly recommend coaching with Debbie. My sessions with her have been thought provoking and enjoyable, like talking to a friend. Focus Forward Coaching has given me more confidence and perspective in both my personal and professional life. I gain a lot of insight with every meeting that I can put towards getting what I want/need out of life.
People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don't tell you how. The Grief Recovery Method Support Group, developed and refined over the past 30 years, teaches you how to recover from loss with supportive guidance every step of the way.
Whether the child in your care has been bereaved, is about to face bereavement or they have experienced other significant emotional losses following divorce, house moves, changing school, being adopted, fostered, bullied or a myriad of other losses having the correct information at your fingertips can make a significant difference to their progress and well being.

Trust that you are enough. Learn to enjoy time alone by turning your phone off for a couple hours and plan an enjoyable day for yourself. Put together small goodie bags for the homeless that you can keep in your car for the on-the-go moment of compassion. Give them away to people in need to help brighten their day.
As I have been practicing my daily meditation, I find myself calmer, more focused and my intentions are clearer. To me it's like the calmness after the storm. Before the storm we wait anxiously, not knowing what it will bring. With meditation my life's storms don't knock the wind out of me. I am left grounded and centered and deal with things in my life in clearer and calmer terms.
