The free coaching consultation gives you the opportunity to ask whatever questions you might have about my approach, how coaching works, and how coaching can help. In addition, I will spend time coaching you, so that you get an experience of coaching for yourself. Four 45 minute coaching sessions per month addressing the topic of your choice - personal, business or both.
