The park has not seen any major upgrades in many years and is rundown. Depending on where your site is, the road noise can keep you up all night and the planes from the nearby Air Force base fly low over the park and seems to buzz it at times. If the price was lower, I would not complain but I expected more.

One of the worst we've stayed at. It was not well maintained at all. We never saw one person (staff) outside working. The spaces were tight and hard to get into and nobody helped us with getting our rig in. Most if the sites are full timers who have junk all around their rigs. Not a place we will ever stay again.

Campground was fine. We stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t have any issues. The bathroom is okay, only two stalls that have showers in them. Not super clean but wasn’t terrible. Large speed bumps. Didn’t see the office open they entire time we were there. Easy way to check in on the iPad but if you don’t use your full name it won’t show up. The lights around the campground are bright. Didn’t bother us but could bother other people. Overall fine stay.

This is a campground. After reading the negative reviews I'm of the opinion that those folks should have stayed in a Hilton. The showers are huge and hot. The free wifi allowed me to work on my laptop as I was streaming Netflix on the TV. So, that worked great. Roads are a bit tight, so go slow. I watched a maintenance crew working everyday on one thing or another to keep the park nice. Highly recommend as a place to crash if you're in the area.

"Resort" is a very generous adjective for this campground. It is more like a parking lot with some grass. The lots are very narrow and mostly paved. The lots were also not mowed until Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. The pool has been abandoned and the "creek" is a drainage ditch. Most of the lots are month to month. When walking around, I noticed a lot of delayed repairs and quick fix repairs.
The campground is right off the interstate which is a positive. There is also no fee for guests. The daily/weekly lots are relatively shaded, but I was also glad we had our canopy.

Not even 1 star worthy. All of the spots are very small and uneven. There is dirt all over the pads. This place is filthy, disgusting, and unfit to be an RV campground. The pool is empty of water and filthy. I've never been to a worse more disgusting campground. The 30 amp breaker on our pad was not working so I had to use a 50 amp and fortunately I had to step down cords. This place is a hazard and should be shut down.

This campground looks much better in the photos on the website. The man in the office was rude and tried to charge me when I had already paid in full. The entire campground smells like dumpster juice and sewage. The "brook" that is shown on the campsite map is actually a tiny drainage stream with filthy, smelly water. The pool is empty and dilapidated. It is close to Atlanta so that is the only positive. It's a glorified trailer park and we even left a day early to escape the stench.

ZERO STARS!! Don't waste your time!! The people in the office are very polite but customer service is hypocritical and very bad!! They have a 10 year limit on the age of the RV. We were first told that since ours was completely being renovated we could paint the outside as well in order to get a spot. Once we painted it (literally only spent the time money and effort and to do so to stay at this park) we sent a picture to the manager we talked to and she responded with "I will let you know if a spot becomes available". Not only did they not let us know, I stopped by when a spot was

First the good news... right off off of 75, easy to find. The check was easy. No COVID contact. They leave you park registration taped to the office window and you call them when you arrive.

Sites are very small, everyone is on top of one another and vehicles are parked every where because most lots are even to small to hold an rv and a personal vehicle. Park is outdated and worn out. Roads are busted with numerous potholes. The only facilities are a very small dog area and a ragged undermaintaned pool. It's ok for a quick overnight only do to the location and there's no other parks close to Atlanta.

Sites are not very level, no fire rings or grills. The 'bath house' only has 2 stalls. In each of those are a toilet and a shower. They do have washers and dryers that cost $2 each & there is a change machine in there as well. The location is actually good with it being off the main hwy. WiFi was not very strong. Sites are very close to on another. However, it all was kept clean.

If you enjoy living 3 inches (yes, seriously 3 inches) away from your neighbors, and more importantly, if you enjoy backing lengthy RVs into unlevel and small parking places, THIS IS THE PLACES FOR YOU!
Bonus: rude employees!
All for the "discounted" rate of $42 a night.
Giving it two stars because the bathrooms were semi clean and the shower was hot. #LowStandards #BeatsArmyBarracks

Keep driving, utilities are deplorable, 50 amp service kept going off. If you travel with pets and loose electric for hours it is unacceptable. This is a Good Sams park? That is a joke. Garbage left all day Sunday in road, management actually unplugged our electric with no notice after we informed them we were leaving!

The park is dumpy and crowded, management is profoundly unwelcoming and unfriendly -- wifi and other "amenities" are a joke. This is not a resort, it is a parking lot with a few trees, spotty RV hookups, and a bathroom. I could overlook a lot given the convenient location but I cannot emphasize strongly enough how unpleasant management is -- guests are treated as trespassers and like they are an annoyance to be tolerated. Pass this place by if you are a full timer and be wary of spending any length of time here otherwise.
