At the Adams Estate you can get away from it all and still be at the center of everything. Tucked away in the sleepy town of Lake Alfred, Florida, the Adams Estate is located just an hour's drive from the international airports and cultural amenities of Orlando and Tampa. Both cities offer excellent entertainment and easy travel options for you and your guests.
Our 3,000 square feet Bridal Suite spans the entire second floor of the Estate House. Consisting of five rooms, four full baths, hair & makeup salon and lounge areas, the suite provides plenty of space for any size bridal party. You'll even find a quiet room, equipped with a queen-size bed, perfect for a quick nap or tranquil reflection before the big moment arrives.
Stay on-site in one of four charming cottages or one of four quaint duplexes overlooking Lake Alfred. Designed with easy southern elegance in mind, our cottages are equipped with luxury amenities and are perfect for wedding parties, reunions and families in search of a tranquil retreat during vacations, sports tournaments and more.

First, 5 stars as a guest at a wedding venue. The scenery is lovely, the grounds are well-kept, and the estate house is brilliant. Very cool space for a wedding or event. And the 10pm event shutdown (city noise ordinance) actually helps keep receptions succinct and more fun.
However, my overall experience was significantly downgraded by the on-premise accommodations. We had a 1 bedroom duplex unit with a sleeper sofa. We set up the sleeper sofa after the rehearsal dinner and party (so 9-10pm) and found only a fitted sheet and pillow cases. No flat sheet, no blanket. Luckily, we had some extra

It is an amazing property and seems like the weddings are very nice . But from a stand point of living near this venue , they are very rude and inconsiderate towards people who live in the area. When ever they hold a wedding all we can hear is the loud music they play. Granted I understand it is someone's wedding but this is were we live . We do not live that close either about a mile or two away . But since they opened we have lost all sense of quite when they hold a wedding . It's just ridiculous

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception here. It was everything she wished for. The site is so beautiful and the bridal suites were perfect. I HIGHLY recommend having the day coordinator, Abbey was absolutely amazing, she took care of everything (even the missing wedding cake). The day was perfect because of her.

We photographed a wedding this past spring at the Adams Estate and we couldn't be happier with such a beautiful venue. This is a wedding photographer's paradise! The Adams Estate is gorgeous and filled with beautiful natural light for the bridal portraits, and the architecture is perfect for creative shots using off camera flash (see photos) Their grounds are just magical with tons of beautiful gardens and lake side views. This place is stunning!!! But that's not all, their team was amazing, personal, professional and very responsive. This place is now definitely one of our personal favorite estate

The venue was great! The wedding and setting was perfect and ran smoothly in so many ways. In addition, we stayed in the Matthew’s House and it was great for the weekend. Julann was super accommodating in helping with obtaining a mini fridge for my family and I. Super nice and great customer service. 10/10 recommend.

The Adam's Estate offers LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS in the form of on site "cottages" that sleep 2-8 people.
You can stay here even if you're not attending a wedding on site. The location is not that far from nearby tourist attractions. This is a great QUIET & SECLUDED place to stay with lots of room and privacy.
We stayed in the Majors House which is currently the only cottage on the lakeside. This cottage is 1550+ sq ft with one large bedroom, full bath/shower plus one 1/2 bath, an open living & dinning area, small office, full kitchen, and full size laundry room

From the moment we stepped onto the property at Adams Estate, my husband and I knew that this was the place that we were meant to get married. We fell in love with every bit of this venue between the history, the immaculate Estate House, the newly renovated Boathouse, and the charming cottages. We hit the lottery with the fact that booking here meant we got to work with the incredible Debbie Tennick as well. Adams Estate hosted my sister's wedding and it was a magical experience. Eve did an excellent job from the time we reached out for info all the way through the ceremony and beyond. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and make sure we had all of the information we needed to make a decision. She accommodated every need we had from evening and weekend phone calls while planning to helping coordinate with the florist (we used Bluegrass Chic - another amazing company). My husband and I were married here July 25th. Eve and her staff were absolutely fantastic to work with. We booked and had a full wedding within 6 weeks! We loved the elegant, peaceful and old southern feel of the main house and grounds, mixed with the industrial and modern feel of the boathouse. Not to mention the view upon entering. Our out of town guest were able to stay at the cottages on site, which were stunning! We couldn't have asked for a better venue. The Adams Estate accommodated all of our wedding needs with their Bridal Suite, Grooms Loft, Ceremony Grounds, separate Cocktail location

My review is a bit late but my wife and I got married at the Adam's Estate on 12-18-19. We heard about Adam's Estate from a friend and after taking a tour we fell in love with the estate. The house has alot of it's original beauty and with it being lakefront it makes the location breathtaking. We where on a budget and had only 6 months to plan our dream wedding. Debbie Tennick worked with us and made it happen and helped with all the details! The day before our wedding a cold front came in and we had to move our reception from outside on the terrace to inside the house and this all happened less
