My entire experience planning and having my wedding at Haus 820 was phenomenal! This venue is ~2.5 hours from where I live, but it's so gorgeous I knew it was the perfect space as soon as I entered. There's something about the exposed brick and high ceilings that gave the entire night such an amazing vibe.
Not to mention the entire team was very helpful and kind through the whole process. You have to have your wedding at Haus 820! I found Haus 820 to be an exceptional event space. With 37 years as a high-end professional musician I've been in literally thousands of event venues. The size is tremendous for moderate sized gatherings while still maintaining a cozy, intimate atmosphere.

Haus 820 is one of the first fully renovated historic warehouses in Central Florida to be turned into an event venue. Built in 1924 as an A&P grocery store and then converted into a furniture warehouse, the building has been restored to feature its original wall-to-wall white brick, 17-foot exposed rafters, charcoal stained and sealed cement floors.
In an effort to offer every client a private experience at Haus, we limit tours to scheduled appointments only. We would love to show the space! Please email us at INQUIRY@HAUS820. COM to schedule your tour! We're then able to send you a convenient and easy proposal through Honeybook (our cloud-based software), which also includes a custom invoice and contract.
Haus 820 is set right next to gorgeous downtown Lakeland, Florida. A walkable historic city, complete with gorgeous lakes, canopies of oak trees and meticulously kept gardens, Lakeland is a charming host for all of your guests. Just a 40 minute drive from Tampa or from Celebration, our venue is perfectly situated to host your event.
As this is a redevelopment project, you can expect the rent to increase incrementally every 6-months. The conference room is available to tenants, with 15 hours/month included in your rental agreement. Please note that for event days at Haus 820, the conference room will function as the bridal suite or executive suite for the client upon their request.

Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse, formerly an A&P grocery store and then a furniture warehouse. It's a great venue in Central Florida. It's wall-to-wall white brick with gigantic windows and black industrial finishes, a perfect balance of vintage and modern.
