Olshan's put in a shallow/French drain around my house to help us attempt to mitigate some water seepage issues. They were super professional, responsive, answered all our questions, did everything on time, and actually left our property looking a lot better than I expected. Now we just have to cross our fingers that the drain will be enough to mitigate our water!

We decided to go with Olshan; signed their contract and got on their calendar. If I recall, it was something like 6-8 weeks before they could start the work — I could be off on here, but it was reasonable. Fast forward to a week (I believe) before the work was supposed to be done, and our GC asked us if Olshan had confirmed that they had pulled the permit and scheduled the necessary city inspection. While we anticipated we would need some sort of inspection, we had no idea what that entailed, nor had Olshan provided any guidance. Turned out that our work was really a two-step process. Olshan

Writing this based on my current experience and will update as things go along.
I Fist contacted Olshan almost 2 months ago because of ongoing problems with my foundation with cracking, movement, and water getting through to the basement. I called Olshan because they did the original repair and gave a fully transferable lifetime warranty. It was not for this I would never do business with them.
Since then I have learned they are a horrible company to work with.

This company did an excellent job on my poly injection lifting! Their quote was less than half of others I received, and the completed work is great! Marc's knowledge level is very high, and his assessment and explanations were clear. Kelly and his crew were very professional, and they left everything in great condition. It was amazing to see the floors raised and issues resolved! I would highly recommend this company.!

My home had issues with concrete pads sinking and it was tough to make a decision for repair. Olshan brought a friendly positive attitude and gave me details for the duration of the work completed for my home. It has been 7 years since Olshan upgraded our "water-lock" system after the 2013 floods. The basement was dry the entire time, but the sump pump needed some tune-up. Mr. Kelly Farris came by, refitted the pipes, checked the back-up battery and brought the system back to working order, all as a part of their warranty service. Excellent company, prompt service, all worth the initial investment!
