Don't bother calling if you're in an inspection period trying to buy a house. They not only won't schedule an estimate until they have verbal authorization from the seller, but won't even give you any idea how far out they're scheduling until they get that to see if it's worth the effort in getting that authorization. Likely you've already waited to get the general inspection done by the time you've done this, so you're under the gun on time and they don't give a damn. Find someone who actually cares about customer service.

I couldn't be more impressed with Mike and his team. We had them out to our house in Bella Vista to do an estimate for a drainage issue that his been a problem for almost a year. Instead of just throwing out a super expensive price tag right off the bat, Mike and Brandon took the time to work out a strategy with me that I could do myself.
