I had a completely disastrous experience with two well known food delivery services. At the last minute I had to try to find somebody who would pick up and deliver a cake to my son for his birthday. Larry at Bottom Line Delivery offered superior communication and service. He was professional, communicated with me throughout the process and confirmed that the cake was delivered. I truly appreciate quality service. I highly recommend this company.

My father-in-law is going through chemo, and has lost a lot of weight. We wanted to send him a meal, but our favorite restaurant doesn't have an affiliated delivery service. His company drove to the restaurant, and delivered the hot meal to my in-laws just in time for dinner. Thanks for making it easy for us when we are far away from family!

Bottom Line Delivery is TRULY the most dependable, reliable, and trustworthy courier service ever! I echo all the positive reviews here, and without a doubt would recommend that you look no where else. I had the most painful discovery that I forgot my passport and had to fly the next day from Chicago. My boss was flying out to see me from SFO, and within a very short notice, Larry and team were able to schedule a courier service to deliver the passport to him at SFO. Bottom Line Delivery is super efficient with extremely nice and dependable couriers. My friend had left her wedding ring at another friend's house about 2.5 hours away from her house one-way. I suggested we use Bottom Line Delivery. From the moment Larry picked up the phone to the instant Michael ensured her wedding ring was reunited with her hand, Bottom Line kept us informed every step of the way.

Terrible customer service. I was given incorrect information several times for where the driver was (i.e. - "he's on site picking it up", 10 minutes later "he's on site picking it up".) I was also promised a delivery time that the company later told me was impossible due to "San Francisco traffic". Well, then don't agree that you can make the delivery then! Lastly, they asked if we could have someone run out to get the item because parking would be touch- this after the delivery time was incorrectly promised and the driver already had the item (i.e. when the payment had been made and there was
