All drivers have been with Zoom for at least 4 years and came to us with experience and knowledge of the area as SF natives. Zoom Transport's goal is to help support the growth of local businesses through an incomparable and excellent delivery service.

Our team, led by Marcelo Costa, includes a wide range of walks in life. All drivers are trained under the passion and skill that Marcelo brings to the table with his 35 years of experience in the delivery industry as well as his sincerity to all he engages with. Marcelo grew up around boating communities and to this day has remained an active sailor and friendly marina neighbor.

Send an inquiry after business hours on Thursday, and Thomas, the owner, responded right away. He asked about my timing. Gave him three options. He picked Friday, the very next day. Thomas texted me 10 minutes before he arrived (per my request), then he and his colleague moved this huge desk (as in gigantic) into their truck, then delivered it up a flight of stairs and gently placed it inside my house. Super friendly, professional, accommodating. Did I mention this was five days before San Francisco issued shelter-in-place order due to the coronavirus. Yet, they were unflappable and when I asked

I am not based in San Francisco and needed a courier to complete a job for a charity event. I was unsure how heavy the items would be but the team was quick to respond to all my emails and I even asked if once they dropped off to get information on the drop off for me and they were willing to do this!
