Services
Not merely criminal prosecutors, Alabama District Attorneys are providers of several other services, organized loosely as the Special Services Division of the District Attorney's Office. The Victims' Services Division of the Morgan County District Attorney's Office was established to assist victims with issues that may arise as their case proceeds through the court system.
The District Attorney and his staff work for the people of Morgan County. This team consists of individuals with a diverse range of skills and backgrounds who share a common commitment: to represent crime victims and the citizens of Morgan County. Prior to serving as district attorney, Scott maintained a private law practice for 19 years. In his years of private practice, Anderson represented clients in civil, domestic relations, and criminal cases. Anderson appeared in various courts all over the state of Alabama and served as counsel in a number of capital murder cases.

The Morgan County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and a full member of the Alabama Network of Child Advocacy Centers. The Morgan County CAC is also an associate member of the National Children's Alliance, the national accrediting body for child advocacy centers.
