Why wait until a home inspector is at your door for the potential buyer to get an inspection done? As you're getting your home ready to list, this is an ideal time to have your home inspected by a local home inspector. This allows you to see your home through the eyes of a third party and be able to correct problems ahead of time.
A wind mitigation inspection report is something we can provide as a stand-alone service for an existing homeowner or it can be done in conjunction with your 4-point or home inspection. Homeowners will oftentimes benefit from reduced insurance premiums when they submit a wind mitigation report to their insurer.
Generally speaking, the only time you will be asked for a four point inspection is by an insurance company. Companies may require a four point inspection if your home is older (20+ yrs) or if you are trying to get a new policy or a better insurance rate. This type of inspection will give the insurer a quick overview of the property that the policy will cover.

We were very impressed with this company. The work performed by Mike Pagozalski definitely deserves a 5 star rating!! His evaluation was incredibly thorough, he was patient and explained his findings to us AND because we were under a time crunch he went above and beyond his job to meet our needs. Mr.Mike is awesome at what he does. He knows his stuff and he is very honest with his customers.
