The Prairie Harbor Yacht Club is a gorgeous, gated, private facility on the shores of Lake Michigan, less than an hour from Chicago or Milwaukee. PHYC Membership is automatic when you purchase a slip, or it can be added to your seasonal rental rate. The Prairie Harbor Yacht Club is a "condominium-style" owner's association.

Services
PHYC is a "condominium-style" association". That means you can rent or purchase a slip directly from PHYC, or you can rent or purchase a slip from one of our private slip owners. These lists are kept as current as possible. Updates are made as soon as slips become available, or as soon as an owner requests their slip to be posted for rent or sale.
All amenities are included with every slip: pool, weekly dockside pump out, clubhouse access, private restrooms, high speed wireless internet, dock box, electric service, water service, dockside trash pickup, tennis court, grills, volleyball court, bonfire pit, and much more. In addition to the seasonal slip rentals, Prairie Harbor Yacht Club also offers Transient Slip Rentals with a refundable security deposit.
Prairie Harbor Yacht Club currently has a limited number of 40', 60', and 80' slips available for purchase. Purchasing a slip will save money over time, as the annual dues are much lower than seasonal rental with optional amenities. Purchase of a PHYC slip includes PHYC Membership at no additional cost (slip rental does not include Membership).
Private clubhouse with cable TV, laundry, kitchen, grills, and inside/outside dining areas. Once you have a slip in mind, you can either call us at (262)697-3200, or you can contact the private owner to rent from them. You will need to fill out a Boater Information Worksheet, which is simply your basic contact info and boat info.
We've teamed up with their Business Outfitters Department to bring our boaters a streamlined and easy process to purchase official PHYC gear any time of the day or night, any time of the year! The online store eliminates all of the issues we've had with stocking, inventory selection, payment, shipping, receiving, etc.

Prarie Harbor Yacht Club is one of a kind. It’s quiet, secluded and private. They have a beautiful club house with the most gorgeous view of Lake Michigan, gas grills for grilling and a swimming pool. Every Monday morning they do pumpouts right at your slip! We love everything about PHYC. This is our favorite place on earth... our little piece of heaven.
