I have worked with Tom Hockrnsmith and Entreken Associates for my entire 28 year real estate career and still today. They are professional and actually answer the phone and return calls. Tom and his team at Entreken Associates are the best appraisers in the Bay area. Tom's extensive knowledge of the areas and the housing market are evident in his spot on appraisals. He is my go to for appraisals and questions when it comes to understanding the true value of a property - I could not say enough great things about him.

I would also give ZERO stars if I could. We ordered the appraisal on Aug 10th. it is now sept 9th with no appraisal. Chris's voicemail is full, he does not answer the phone, no text back, no emails back. his due date according to the portal was Sept 7th... after already being delayed. He missed the due date with zero communication. no one could get a hold him and we just found out he dropped the appraisal. This has cost everyone time and money. He yelled at the listing agent when she gave him information about the place ( it's a renovation). He is very rude, Lazy, unprofessional, and could ruin

Tom Hockensmith with Entreken Associates is my go to Appraisal Company. He has extensive knowledge of the housing markets in both Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties. His appraisals are timely, accurate, and thorough .They are an Excellent Company and do Excellent Work

I would give zero stars if I could. What a horrible job Chris Favire did. He is inexperienced, incompetent and does not have any idea what real estate market is. Completely unqualified to do the job. He wasted time and money. So do not hire him if you can help it!
