Travelers looking for an honest auto repair shop in the Henderson/Las Vegas area? Look no more!
I had some surfacing mechanical issues on my car as I pulled into town early evening. I had to get it looked at and fixed to continue my travels he next day. I was anxious about going to someone that I was unfamiliar with but Rocha's was highly recommended to me as an honest and fair shop. I took my car there the next morning and within minutes Jaime had diagnosed the problem, procured the parts, and had the car back to me in a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent

I don't always do reviews but this I have to JAIME is absolutely amazing. He is a truly a honest mechanic. I just wish he could work on our Mercedes. I will use him any time with our other cars. This establishment is the second 5 star Yelp car repair shop I have frequented. I didn't return to the other shop because they wanted me to wait for two weeks before coming in to make an appointment for service. Rocha Automotive made the appointment immediately and serviced my car the same week.

I discovered Rocha a little over a year ago when my previous mechanic that, coincidentally is located about a block away, was too busy to get me in for an oil change and repair on my days off that I had previously scheduled. They had cancelled my appointment. I found Rocha from a google search and am so happy. My repair and oil change ended up getting complete during my weekend and at a third of the price the former shop had quoted me.

Consequently after the review and the owner's response that he now served European vehicles, we had issues with our Audi and took it back to Jaime. He took the car in immediately and we can say that he was very honest and repaired what was even possible (it's an old vehicle). He was very affordable and took the extra mile to satisfy us as customers. We ended up selling the car and thank you Jaime for helping us with this car and its ongoing issues. Jaime (pronounced Hi-may) Rocha is the best mechanic I've come across in the area. He was incredibly honest, helpful, accessible, and responsive to my questions. He helped me diagnose and repair a strange, intermittent clicking sound that would occur at times when I was braking. I had already taken my car to another mechanic to address the clicking. The previous mechanic gave me a ridiculous quote to replace a portion of the front axle. I researched local mechanics and found Jaime to obtain a second opinion. Finally!!!!!! I found the most HOnest, I mean really Honest mechanic here in town! Whew... I am not going anywhere anymore to get my cars done except here. After taking our suburban to another mechanic to get it fixed and still was having trouble with it we took it to Rocha Automotive and met Jaime who checked out our suburban, not only did he fixed what the other mechanic did wrong but fixed our suburban’s Real issue and now runs like it’s brand new. It's so refreshing to find a truly honest mechanic! I've been having various problems with my car lately and have taken it to many other places in town only to be given outrageously expensive quotes. These other mechanics often wanted to do lots of completely unnecessary repairs and were trying to charge me almost double what the actual parts cost.
