Services
The following is a glossary of auction terms developed by the National Auctioneers Association and the Auction Marketing Institute. A procedure that allows a bidder to participate in the bidding process without being physically present. Generally, a bidder submits an offer on an item prior to the auction.
Almost all item(s) sold at auction are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, meaning it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the item (s). If so how much, Remember the buyers premium is added to your final bid price so keep that in mind when bidding. Always keep your bidding card with you while at the auction.

Belk Auction did an incredible job, with what was a daunting task. They assisted me in clearing out a 2,000 sq foot basement, of decades of Estate items, from my parent's house. Furniture, lamps, artwork, ....Belk Auction sorted/sifted through everything that was "saleable", packaged and loaded the items carefully, and worked until the job was done.
Julie Belk encourages her Client's to attend their Auction, and she also provides detailed inventory information. They send out the sales funds to the Client, in a timely manner. I highly recommend Belk Auction!
