Ben Y. from Pure Clean came today to clean my wall-to-wall carpets, they look great and he got some tough stains out. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining the different options without a lot of sales pressure. Scheduling was easy. On the pricey side, but a thorough cleaning and no lingering chemical smell, which I appreciate.

This is the second time I have used Pure Clean. The last time was probably 2018. I even had the same technician as last time! Conner was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the pricing, as well as other services that they offered. He did such a great job with my gross contractor carpet (that is 8 years old) that even he was surprised! I appreciate being able to schedule online, as well as the reminder calls and text messages that are sent out. Thank you!

Mickey was super nice. Very professional and explained the various levels of pricing. Although more expensive than other carpet cleaners, it’s well worth the extra money. Our 20-year old carpet looks amazing. Less expensive cleaners have never been able to get our carpets this clean.
