Katie provided a good explanation of the company's services and how they are differentiated from what other companies offer. it was easy to schedule and then to reschedule the cleaning appointment. Katie and her partner moved both my traditional and futon bed and frames, as well as the other furniture in the two bedrooms, the leg bottoms of which they protected using small sheets of plastic. They placed guards to protect all of the corners that the hose would otherwise rub against. Katie and her partner were friendly and professional. It took them about one hour and 45 minutes to assemble

First time using Green Steam and couldn't be happier with their customer service and carpet cleaning. They were on time, very polite and thorough in explaining my options for some severe pet problem areas. I was most appreciative of the fact they did not try to up sell me. The technician was honest and did his best with the problem areas. I was also impressed that they vacuumed the carpets before the more thorough cleaning process and they put up some protectors on the corner of the walls/hallway so they wouldn't harm the walls and paint. A bit surprised to find bad reviews here about these guys. We just finished our remodeling and I needed urgently a company that could wash carpet on a short notice for us. It all started with a very pleasant voice on the phone. Customer service was great. They gave us a good quote and we signed up. Next day, two technicians arrived on time and did a great job. I also signed up for their air duct cleaning services. They beat Bob's Heating on price by over a $100. I ended up paying more than quoted because in one room they had to treat it chemically due to carpet being soaked with cat's

This is the 4th time, I think, that I've used Green Steam Carpet Cleaners. Every time I get a decent and accurate estimate from them. Their customer service is exception and courteous. They arrived on time (early in fact). The two technicians who cleaned the carpets were informative, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Green Steam to anyone - and have.

As small business owners ourselves, we are frustrated and appalled at the way in which Green Steam Carpet Cleaners handled our situation. On my way to meet the carpet cleaner at our rental house, I ran into a traffic problem and was delayed. This happens to us all the time with our customers and I did what I would hope everyone would do I immediately called the Green Steam office to inform them I might be a few minutes late. We just had Green Steam clean our carpets this morning and I couldn't be more pleased.
When we first called to make the appointment they weren't in so we left a message and they called back first thing the next morning. They were very friendly and set the appointment up without a problem. When the time came they arrived exactly when they said they would.
The two workers were friendly, efficient and did a great job. The carpets honestly look brand new, which was not small feat as we have two large dogs! We'll definitely be calling again in the future.
