To start the powder coating process, a pretreatment of chemical conversions gets applied to a raw aluminum surface, creating thin layers of amorphous oxide with a coating. The next step in Decoral's powder coat process: With the use of electrostatic guns, a 2.5 mils layer of powder paint (non hazardous) is applied.

Products are initially powder coated (or liquid painted). A transfer film, printed with special inks, is applied over the products under vacuum for a tight contact.
To begin the custom finish coating system, a powder coating is applied as a dry, free-flowing powder via advanced, state-of-the-art coating powder machines. The decorative coating is electrostatically applied and cured under heat to flow and form a "skin". The powder coat system is utilized to coat aluminum extrusions, as well as automobile and bicycle parts.

Very unprofessional about hiring for a warehouse position. No response back after both interviews. Now there's a new ad on indeed that states you also need to speak Spanish? Which wasn't on ad in first posting so all that for me was a big waste of time.. and how couldn't a Florida native not know basic Spanish lol and from being in the automotive industry how hard can it be to spray powder coating....
