The system consists of pre-treatment, cleaning, rinsing and non-chrome conversion application with automatic dry-off and inspection stages. An environmentally controlled clean-room, with movable spray booths is used for powder application.

They cleaned & coated two items, about 10 square feet. Powder coat material cost = about $10. Sand blast 10sf = $75. They charged $600 through my contractor and the objects began rusting within 30 days of receipt. They now say there is no guarantee once having left their shop.
