As someone who is picky about quality customer service I can honestly say these people…. Are amazing! They went above and beyond and worked with me. Super friendly, personal, and professional! Clean facility, family feel. Overall 10/10.

I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they still took their time and helped me find the perfect mattress! I dealt with Jimmy and he was so friendly and personable. He listened to my complaints about my current mattress and helped me find a mattress that he believed would solve my personal sleeping problems, even though it wasn’t the most expressive mattress in the store. I truly felt like he was trying to help ME not just make a sale. I walked out of there with a whole new bed set and have loved it so much! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new bed!

Mark at SOS Mattress will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase! My first review was a bit hasty. Mark personally came to my mother's house and apologized for the mistake! He brought the right base and installed it. He even offered to refund all of the purchase price because of the trouble. A very costly offer since GA doesn't allow used mattress sales and he would certainly lose money. Mom is now very happy with her zero gravity bed.
