Kayla is the best! I’d just closed on my house earlier in the day, I walked in for to mattress sets for my kids. Kayla asked how soon did I need them and I told her today! She made it happen! I just moved in the area, and my daughter needed a box spring for her twin bed. I called the store about 45 minutes until closing. When I arrived the store had exactly what I needed in stock. And it was about $25 dollars cheaper than I had been previously quoted. The transaction was quick but not rushed, and I was assisted with my item and on my way back home just like that. Owner took care of us yesterday, we purchased a king mattress set and frame, purchase was not rushed and we weren’t being pressured to buy, which was a plus. We had looked around at other stores that were extremely overpriced compared to this one. He gave us different options to finance our purchase with and helped us chose the best one. Very friendly! Would recommend to others! Very pleasurable experience!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted so fast and sweetly by Kayla. She listened to my rambling about the almost conflicting things I wanted in a bed frame and mattress, understood me and got it perfect with the first few recommendations. She was very knowledgeable, gave me all my options for paying/financing; and also showed me what I wanted within my budget. I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me, or push me into a bunch of things I didn’t need. (I really appreciate that part). After shopping around at big box retailers and then visiting The Mattress and More Outlet, we realized there is a huge difference when buying from locally owned retailers. They will take care of you and are more concerned with your needs than with the dollar amount you are spending. Customer for life! I previously had a 8 year old traditional pillow top mattress. I purchased a 14-inch gel hybrid mattress 2 weeks ago and I have not slept this solid, for this many nights in a row in YEARS!!! If you need a mattress, Mattress & More is the place to go. I consider myself a careful consumer, I like to weigh my options carefully when making a purchase. So when I decided to buy a new mattress, I really shopped around. But when I was ready to buy, I went with The Mattress and More Outlet.
They have a cheaper delivery price than Mattress Firm and gave me a better price on the metal frame as well. The real cherry on top was that they sold me a better mattress for the same price than the one I would've bought at Mattress Firm (10.5" compared to the standard 8.5").
