Love the chair and want you both to know that the delivery drivers were really good! They called ahead with an eta and were careful and courteous on getting the chair to my apartment. All around, a very good buying experience - thanks to all. I just bought a china closet that had to travel from Upscale in Oregon to South Carolina.
Selling your furniture with Upscale Consignment is easier and faster than you ever thought possible. That's because you can do everything right from the comfort of your home! When your items sell, you receive a check for 50% of the selling price. The majority of consignments sell within the first 30 days, and many pieces within the first few days!
We accept fine jewelry of the type that would be found in a jewelry store: diamonds, gemstones, gold, platinum, pearls, jade, high-end watches, and high-end designer jewelry. Consignor checks are available for in-store pick up on the 10th of the month for items sold during the previous month. Checks that are not picked up by the 30th will automatically be mailed.
Please understand that we must be very particular concerning the condition of items that we can accept on consignment. These are our general guidelines for accepting furniture and decor on consignment. If the items you wish to consign are not covered by these guidelines, please call us to discuss the acceptability of your specific items.
Upscale Consignment is committed to giving buyers the best possible value for quality items, while at the same time ensuring sellers the highest possible selling price. Our professional pricers have many years of experience of pricing used, private-party consignments.

Big warehouse with lots to see but I think they could benefit greatly by hiring people to do curating that know more about furniture and different styles as they have plenty of room to cater to many aesthetics. But the man who selects items tends to choose very boring, traditional styles. So you really have to get past all the "ho hum" and search to find a gem. When I dare make the long trek, I always hope to find something to purchase but typically walk away empty handed. This place COULD be amazing!

I have been shopping at Upscale for a couple of years. I love the constant influx of new items, always something new and fun. I have purchased many important pieces for my home, big and small, and have been more than satisfied with all of them (price, quality, convenience of delivery option). I like that I can browse online and in the store for as long as I want. The people there are always very nice and always helpful.

I've go to this place for years. I still haven't bought anything from here. I find the prices high and the stuff dated. One couch I liked almost talked my husband into getting then we looked up the name and found it cheaper at Macy's with a code and free delivery. I think you can do better by shopping online mark places for furniture.

LOVE. THIS. PLACE. Both for shopping at and for selling at.
1) Their inventory changes week to week. There is so much variety and so many styles. Is this place Ikea prices? No, but it's also way better quality so the pricing makes sense.
2. Their website is fantastic. Easy to navigate and it is nice to see what new inventory they get so that I can keep tabs on what I'm looking for. Mega great.
3. It's a "Mom and Pop shop." I believe in investing in local businesses because it makes communities stronger. This is a business where you can do exactly that. It benefits both

Walked in and there were women chatting behind the counter, was not greeted or asked if I needed help. The prices were high for "upscale" consignment, they had a lot, but mostly outdated pieces. A man was organizing items right by furniture I was looking at, still no acknowledgement. I was very underwhelmed for what I expected to be an exciting visit.

I recently purchased a high-end loveseat at a very affordable price. I was impressed with the range of styles and prices, plus the high quality of the furniture. I also appreciate the mark down policy. If you're looking to furnish your home with durable, attractive, high quality furniture -- but you're on a budget -- then you must visit Upscale Consignment.

I HATE being lied to and thats just what the middle aged man did to me.
I've been there several times, always found something, paid way too much!
I got patio furniture...later found same at Big Lots for much less...
they need to get rid of that nasty sales man as he's a real deal killer for me.
We will NEVER return....Craigslist is much cheaper, but takes a little work, but well worth it once you find what you're looking for!

I've eyed this place for awhile, my family and I are redecorating and have been looking for a sectional. Because I have kids and dogs I've been hesitant to pay for a new sectional- but I do want quality.
Upscale consignment has good, quality furniture and I would agree that the price is about 50% of full price- although there were some pieces that seemed priced very high ( but who knows). Several different styles of furniture are represented- so it was fun to look at all the options. I

I have been in UC several times after driving by it for a couple of years. On their website I listed what I am looking for and when anything matches I am notified which was very cool.
This is another place to get ideas and see a lot of nice furniture at a fraction of the cost of new retail. I was quite impressed with the brand names I saw (thus the name "Upscale" ) and the selection of leather furniture. I also appreciate the fact that I can look without being bothered like in some furniture stores. They have price breaks depending on how long the item has been on the floor. Also
