Understanding and nice people work here. Ended up not getting service with them because my insurance came and picked up the water damaged car. They still were very kind and offered me a ride and everything. I was passing through Texas on a massive roadtrip and my alternator had failed on my Jaguar X type.
After a search I found This place. I found the service good- Brandon and his technicians communicate very well and make things clear. I'm an engineer and was infact involved in the design of the X type and they don't patronise or tell me stuff I already know. I'm all too used to this with bigger franchise operations and I much prefer the personal family feel of an independent.

Aardvark Automotive got its signature mascot and name when Robert Archer ventured to start an auto repair shop in Amarillo and flipped open the dictionary for name inspiration. He got as far as "aardvark" and laughed at the idea. But, as we all know now, the name would stick-and lead us to the front of the pack, not only in the dictionary but also in the quality of service and automotive skill and experience.

Professional staff and excellent customer service. They thoroughly explain any issues found during their inspection and provide complete documentation, including video of trouble areas. Great Christian company that works hard to satisfy the customer in an ethical environment. Staff is courteous and worked diligently to fix my car.

Brandon and the crew did an outstanding job repairing my Mini Cooper. They are very professional and work hard to exceed your expectations. My car was in the shop 4 plus days for 3 different items and Brandon communicated with me each day to keep me posted on the progress. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job on the repairs. Donna, who works in the office, is very positive, professional and does a great job. This company services my Mercedes Sprinter motorhome. I’m impressed with their fast service, their depth of knowledge of the vehicle, and their professionalism. They make suggestions without trying to upsell or “talking over our heads”. They explain how things in the vehicle work so that we can do the right things to extend the life of the vehicle. I get an honest sincere vibe when I’m working with anyone at this business. They have been in business a long time and they are 5 star in my book.

I called a few places before and was quoted pretty much the same prices. Aardvark quoted about $50 cheaper but more importantly gave me a couple options that might get the repairs paid for. It didnt work out and I had to pay out of pocket, but no one else tried to save me money. The work performed was timely and I got my car back CLEAN. Like they actually washed it inside and out. It's been two weeks and my brake booster is working perfect. I'm now a loyal aardvark customer!

Friendliest mechanic I’ve ever been to! Knowledgeable, courteous, eager to explain the process. Squeezed me into their busy schedule as I was passing through town with my T1N (2006) Sprinter. Spent time test driving my van with diagnostic equipment to find the problem (needed a new fuel rail). Replaced the part lighting quick! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, even sent us off with goodie bags. Brandon is my new favorite Sprinter expert!

I had my heater core replaced, which was quiet extensive. They had to remove my dash to replace the heater core. Brandon kept me updated the entire time and was very professional. When I got my car back, it was clean and the heater worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting your car repaired at Aardvark.
